I Just Placed An Order; When Will It Ship?

If Order placed before 12.00, it will be despatched on the same day, any order after 12.00 will be processed after 12.00.

How Long Is The Shipping Time?

Our orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

Most of the low value orders are being shipped on Royal Mail 48 hrs shipping method, Its not tracked although it genereates Despatch number.

Any order above £50, will be despatched using tracked service. Tracking number will be added to your order once despatched.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it gets despatched to apply the cancellation. If the item has already shipped, please email info@JDBeauty.co.uk . or contact us via our Contact Us page. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.
